Biodynamic Breathwork, founded by Gitan Tonkov, is a therapeutic breathwork system designed to process unresolved trauma and improve resilience to stress. Breathing techniques are carefully coached and combined with movement, sound, touch and meditation allowing layers of emotional and physical resistance to become gently and more fully integrated.

Each session in this open-air oceanfront sanctuary setting includes extended integration and 60 minutes of sound therapy and bodywork.

This ancient well is one of the many features of this remote oceanfront location contributing to its cultural significance. Located adjacent to an ancient heiau, the raw beauty and energetic potency of this sacred place is profound. A shaded beach and tall trees filtering the ocean breeze create a sublime environment for personal reflection, breathwork and restoration.

The Supported Sabbatical experience is intended exclusively for visiting therapists seeking rest and retreat for a few weeks in an ideal environment for personal daily self-directed pranayama or other breathwork and meditation practices. A private ocean view room and bath are offered by application.
